Designed & 3D printed in Milton Keynes

Your stack
deserves
better than
a drawer.

We take a hard-shell case that's airtight, watertight and lockable, then design and 3D print a PETG insert cut to your exact format. Every coin, every bar, held in its own seat. Nothing rattles. Nothing rubs.

The Range

Six formats.
One obsession with fit.

Each insert is drawn around the thing it holds, then printed to order in your colour and finish.

The Case

A shell built for
the worst day,
not the best.

We buy in a proper hard-shell case — the kind used for tools and camera bodies — because your metal shouldn't be trusted to a jewellery tray. Then we make the inside worthy of it.

Airtight & watertight

A full perimeter gasket seals the case against damp, dust and spills.

Built-in air valve

Equalise pressure and circulate air without breaking the seal.

Lockable latches

Reinforced catches with padlock points, plus a moulded carry handle.

Stacks square

Interlocking top and base, so a growing collection stays a tidy column.

Coin wells cut to 40 mm

Sized for standard 40 mm coin slots, so most 1oz coins and capsules seat straight in.

Bar channels that flex

Hollow all the way through with foam padding both sides — they close on larger and smaller bars alike, instead of fitting one mint and no others.

How It's Made

Bought in.
Then made ours.

We're honest about it: the shell is sourced. Everything that makes it an MK Bullion box happens here.

STEP 01

Source the shell

We buy hard cases with a real gasket seal, an air valve and lockable latches — then reject the ones that don't close square.

STEP 02

Model the insert

Each format is drawn from measured samples, with tolerances tight enough to hold but loose enough to lift out one-handed.

STEP 03

Print in PETG

Printed to order in your colour. PETG over PLA because it takes heat, takes knocks and doesn't go brittle in a cold safe.

STEP 04

Fit, check, dispatch

Insert seated, latches tested, engraving checked. Next-day dispatch, or collect from us in Milton Keynes.

Colourways & Finishes

Three standard colours.
Two finishes. Or ask.

Because we print each insert to order, the colour isn't a stock decision — it's yours. Outside the three below? Message us before you buy.

Custom Engraving

Put your name on it.

Your name, your initials, a date, a stacking milestone — raised into the insert as it prints, not stuck on afterwards. Type it into the builder and we'll confirm the layout with you before anything goes on the bed.

Questions

Before you order

Is the case genuinely waterproof?
The shell has a full perimeter gasket and closes on lockable latches, so it's sealed against damp, dust and splashes — the reason we chose it over a display box. Treat it as protection against a leaking loft or a damp garage, not as diving equipment.
Why PETG rather than PLA?
PLA is cheaper and easier to print, but it softens in a warm car and goes brittle with age. PETG is tougher, handles temperature swings, and won't crack when you drop a full case on the step. It also holds a cleaner edge on the slot walls.
Will it fit my exact coins and bars?

Coins: the wells take most standard 40 mm coin slots, which covers the great majority of 1oz bullion coins and capsules.

Bars: the channels are hollow all the way through with foam padding on both sides, so they close on larger and smaller bars alike rather than being cut to one exact size. That's deliberate — bar dimensions vary between mints, and the foam takes up the difference.

Storing something unusual — slabbed grades, oversized capsules, an odd format? Message us with the exact product first. We'd rather cut you a custom insert than sell you one that won't close.

Can I have a colour that isn't listed?
Usually, yes. Because each insert is printed to order we can run other filament colours — just message us before you buy so we can confirm stock and any lead time.
How does custom text work?
Add it in the builder and send us the enquiry. We'll come back with the layout for approval before printing. Keep it short — around 20 characters reads best across the front of the insert.
How quickly do you dispatch, and can I collect?
Next-day dispatch on standard configurations. Custom colours or engraving add a little print time — we'll tell you exactly when you enquire. Collection is welcome from Milton Keynes.
Do you sell the bullion too?
No. We make the storage, not the metal. The coins and bars in our photos are there to show fit.
